Yet To Come BTS Gets Sixth Win on Music Bank

BTS won again on Music Bank. As is known, BTS is no longer actively promoting on Korean music shows because the seven members, namely RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook want to focus on their solo careers for some time to come. This was announced during the Festa Dinner on June 14, 2022.

However, even though BTS is no longer actively promoting on Korean music shows, on Saturday (25/06/2022) Soompi reported that the group has won the sixth win for “Yet To Come” on Music Bank. This is a South Korean music program that airs every Friday at 17:00 KST on KBS.

Since October 2021, the event is hosted by Park Sung-hoon from Enhypen and Jang Won Young from IVE. The previous hosts of this show include Song Hye Kyo, Rain, Ji Sung, Song Joong Ji, Park Seo Joon, Yoon Bora, Red Velvet’s Irene, Park Bo Gum, Choi Bo Min, Shin Ye Eun, TXT’s Choi Soobin, and Arin Oh My Girls.

Like most other music shows, Music Bank also has charts or charts. The chart is calculated by combining Digital Song Sales (60%), Album Sales (5%), KBS Views (20%), Audience Votes (10%), and Social Media Votes (5%). The song that gets the highest points on the chart will be the winner.

On the recent broadcast of Music Bank, the 2 songs that were nominated for first place were BTS’s “Yet To Come” and (G)I-DLE’s “TOMBOY”. BTS finally took their sixth win for “Yet To Come” with 5,573 points. Meanwhile (G)I-DLE only managed to get 3,196 points.

Besides BTS’s sixth win, what became the highlight of the recent Music Bank broadcast was the stunning special appearance of several K-Pop artists such as ENHYPEN, IVE, KARD, LE SSERAFIM, NMIXX, STAYC, TAN, TXT, Kim Woo Seok, TWICE’s Nayeon , ASTRO’s Moonbin and Moon Sua Billlie, (G)I-DLE, GOT7’s Youngjae, Wonho, LOONA, Lim Young Woong, Kep1er, PENTAGON, fromis_9, and MC Jang Won Young as well as Sunghoon.
