What is laryngeal cancer?

The larynx is one of the parts of the throat where the vocal cords are located which has the function of connecting the trachea and the throat.

Apart from lung cancer, laryngeal cancer can also be caused by smoking. Laryngeal cancer cell growth can occur in the following parts, namely subglottis (located between the vocal cords and the trachea) glottis (on the vocal cords) supraglottis (located at the top of the vocal cords).

Causes of laryngeal cancer

3. Operation

The operation is carried out by removing cancer cells by dissecting the part of the body where there is cancer.
