Contract Expired, Ailee Will Leave The L1ve Agency at the End of July

Singer Ailee will be leaving her agency The L1ve, founded by Ravi of boy band VIXX, a year since joining the label. Reported from Korea JoongAng Daily on Saturday (30/7/2022) The L1ve announced on Friday that Ailee’s contract will expire at the end of July. However, the agency will continue to provide support to the artist.

“We would like to thank Ailee, who has always shown her best on stage during her time with The L1ve,” the agency said. “Even though our contract ends here, we will always support him.”

Ravi founded The L1ve in July last year, with the aim of “supporting artists of various musical genres.” This distinguishes The L1ve from Ravi’s other label, Groovl1n, which focuses on hip-hop and R&B artists.

Meanwhile Ailee is the first artist to sign under The L1ve. Currently the agency also represents singer Wheein from Mamamoo.
