Red peppers have a high vitamin C content, where 1 serving of red bell peppers contains 95 mg of vitamin C. 1 serving of red bell peppers can provide up to 106% of the daily requirement of vitamin C for adults. Vitamin C functions in the hydration process of the skin so that it keeps it moist and increases collagen so that the skin does not look wrinkled.

3. Cod Fish Oil

Cod liver oil is one of the best sources of vitamin D, where 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil contains 34 mcg of vitamin D.
