Diabetes occurs when the body is not able to manage glucose in the body into energy where the body has difficulty using insulin or cannot produce enough insulin. This will then lead to high blood sugar (glucose) levels.

Diabetes is caused by several factors, one of which is the wrong eating pattern and menu. Food menus that contain unhealthy carbohydrates and fats or foods with a high glycemic index such as junk food are very at risk of causing diabetes.
