To be productive, try to practice focusing for at least 25 minutes. After that, give yourself a break for a few minutes, then work again to focus without any distraction for 25 minutes. This will make you more productive, you know.

2. Increase gratitude

The next simple habit that can support success, is to increase gratitude. This has been supported by research which has found that gratitude can make a person more focused on what is being done, and will more quickly overcome various challenges.

To get used to being grateful, you can start by writing down three things you are grateful for every day. Can anything. Starting from being given breath to this day, being given health so that they can work, and other things to be grateful for. It’s not hard, right?

3. Activate airplane mode

To be successful one must be focused and able to use time well. This is difficult in an age where there is a lot of distraction, especially from cell phone use.

Notifications from various applications on smartphones are often the culprit why your productive time is wasted a lot. To fix this, you can activate airplane mode while at work and completely undisturbed.
